Bill is an associate in Mirick O’Connell’s Litigation Group where he provides clients with risk management consultation and representation in litigation matters involving commercial real estate disputes, construction disputes, and credit and collection matters. He also assists clients with contract preparation and negotiation, and provides general business advice. Bill’s clients include commercial landlords and owners, private landowners and developers, municipalities, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturers, and banking and financial institutions.
Prior to joining Mirick O’Connell, Bill was an associate with Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein LLP in Wellesley, MA. He also previously served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office, in-house counsel at the MA Office of the Inspector General, and as a logistics specialist for the U.S. Coast Guard. Bill is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
