As a member of the firm’s Life, Health, Disability and ERISA Litigation Group, Nancy defends claims and litigation against physicians, hospitals, and health care providers in medical malpractice claims. She also represents physicians and other professionals before their professional licensing boards. Nancy defends insurance companies on life, health and disability claims and litigation brought under state law and ERISA.
As a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Group, Nancy’s practice includes estate planning, estate administration and probate litigation. She advises fiduciaries, trustees, and family members in the administration and settlement and estates.
Prior to joining the Firm, Nancy was Assistant Vice President and Senior Counsel at Unum US, the largest provider of group and individual disability insurance in the U.S. and a fast-growing voluntary insurance business with over $6B in annual revenue.
