Tammy L. Roscoe

Tammy is a paralegal and tax specialist in the Firm’s Trusts and Estates Group. She handles all aspects of estate administration including the preparation of probate court documents; preparation of federal, Massachusetts and Rhode Island estate tax returns; and funding of trusts and planning for fiduciary income tax returns. She also has experience preparing court documents for guardianships and conservatorships, and preparation of fiduciary income tax returns. Tammy received her M.S. in Taxation, with high honors, from Bentley University in 2005. Her undergraduate education includes a B.A. in Business Administration and an A.A. in Paralegal Studies from Anna Maria College. She is a member of the Central Massachusetts Paralegal Association and a former Board member for Holy Family Academy in Gardner, MA.

Prior to rejoining Mirick O’Connell in 2023, Tammy was an Estate Administration Paralegal with Fletcher Tilton PC.
