Erin is a veteran litigator with over twenty years of experience. She represents and counsels medical professionals in medical malpractice and other professional liability matters. She also represents clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters including construction disputes, commercial litigation, product liability, and premises liability.

● Successfully defended physicians, hospitals, and other health care professionals in medical malpractices cases.
● Obtained summary judgment in favor of a municipal employee against claims of intentional conduct in a wrongful death case involving a pedestrian fatality.
● Obtained summary judgment in favor of a hospital in a wrongful death action where the treating physician was not an employee of the hospital.
● Successfully moved to dismiss wrongful death claim against long term care facility when the decedent’s family member failed to timely become the personal representative of the decedent’s estate.
● Successfully obtained summary judgment on behalf of a manufacturer of playground equipment in a catastrophic personal injury case.
● Handled Massachusetts cases involving product and premises liability for a national retail chain.
